Everybody deserves good therapy.

At High Desert Healing, we believe healing happens in relationship—to ourselves, to our communities, and to the stories that shape us. We work with people navigating trauma, anxiety, depression, grief, burnout, disordered eating, faith deconstruction, and the complicated reality of being human in a world that often asks too much of us.

Our approach is grounded in feminist multicultural theory, neuroscience, and evidence-based psychotherapy, but more importantly, it is grounded in genuine connection. We understand that many symptoms are not signs that something is “wrong” with you—they are intelligent adaptations to stress, pain, trauma, and survival. Therapy here is not about fixing who you are. It’s about helping you understand yourself with more compassion, curiosity, and care.

Whether this is your first experience with therapy or you’ve spent years doing this work, you are welcome here. We offer collaborative, trauma-informed care that honors your lived experience, your identity, and your nervous system’s unique path toward healing.

If you’re looking for therapy that feels relational, grounded, and deeply human, you’re in the right place.

You are welcome here.

Regardless of your race, gender identity/expression, sexual orientation, relationship status, religious affiliation, etc.

You belong here. You are safe. You are loved just as you are.
